    The Fight for the Ohio Valley
    What Happened:
    The French, English and Natives all wanted the ohio valley because it has good hunting wood and animals. As a result of this it lasted in a very long time and was a gruling war from 1754 to 1763. It was called the SEVEN YEAR WAR.
    Effect:
    It was 80 years history that the British and the French had been fighting for. They all want the Valley.

  • Britian attacks Acadia

    Britian attacks Acadia
    What Happened:
    The British attack Acadia and took 150 of the women and children prisoner and then they killed the men. They also burnt the whole viliage. One reason they attacked the Acadians is because the Acadians are on the border of the French and the Brits.
    Effect:
    It was considered the first act on the war. The French decided that they must retaliate against the British.

    The French attack the German Flats
    What Happened:
    The French used the Native Canadian style "sneak attack" to shoot the Brits. They killed 59 men and took 150 women and children prisoner.
    Effect:
    The British were angry because the French had attacked a lot of their forts.

    What Happened:
    On June 8th the British attack Louisburg Nova Soctia with a huge armanda, the biggest one so far in the war. The Governor of Louisburg plans to try to surrender in the fall, so the brits have to wait till next summer to attack Quebec.
    Effect:
    The French colonies aksed the King of France for 4,000 troops they only got 400. When the Britis came to Qubec they brought 15,000 troops. 200 boats.

    What Happened:
    After the loss of the Louisburg, Montcalm gathers the soliders to build trenches so that when the Brits come they can attack them while they are in the water. The trenches were kilometers long with soldiers in them.
    Effect:
    The trenches helped the attack of beauport shore

    What Happened:
    After Louisbrug surrended, Montcalm sends an emissary to France to ask the King for 4,000 troops, he gets his response a few months later with 400 troops. Naval Minister Nicolas-René Berryer answered, "You don't try to save the stables when the house is on fire." Louis-Antoine de Bougainville, Montcalm's flag lieutenant, retorted "At least you don't speak like a horse."
    Effect:
    The French only get 400 troops.

    What Happened:
    On December 31 the British attcked the Quebec Fort with 200 ships. When they arived the French had a smart plan by sending small boats out with explosives. The problem was that the French paddle boats exploded before they even got close to the English boats.
    Affect:
    The British would soon get their revenge

    What Happened:
    On December 31 the British attcked the Quebec Fort. When they arived the French had a smart plan by sending small boats out with explosives. The problem was that the French small Boats exploded before they even got close to the English boats. After the boats were finished the Brits responded with canons shooting for 9 weeks.
    Affect: The French who survived were in a hospital with almost no food.

    What Happened:
    The French are waiting in their trenches that they pre-made, the French will this battle because of their plan.
    Affect:
    The French are not afraid of wolf anymore, and wolf starts an even bigger plan on a deserted field called the plains of abaraham

    What Happened:
    On September 13, the British army and Wolfe slowly make their way into a deserted field, the French arrive, and montcalm makes his stupidest decision of his whole life, his option was to wait 15 minutes for the farmer's and shoemaker's who are untranded men with weapons or do not wait and strike without them. He desides to fire without the untranded men. The French line is solpy and confused none of the soliders no what they are doing.

    Wolf makes his most important military comand of his life. FIRE!!!!!!!!!!!!
    After the British shoot the french that surived run back towards quebec the highlanders come out soon after with their kiltes. Some are kliled by Native Candians in the forest but the ones who surive run back. James Wolf was killed with a bullet to the chest but heard from is colegues that they won the war. Montcalm is killed in the waist but he will die the day after.
    Effect: The British have won the war.

    What Happened:
    On February 10th, Great Britian, France, Spain and Portugul in agreement after britian's victory over france and spain during the seven years war. It was signed in Paris by representatives of King George III of Great Britain and representatives of the United States of America on September 3, 1783, ended the American Revolutionary War.
    Effect:
    The British win, now they practiclally own North America
