    Fredrik Idestam establishes a paper mill at the Tammerkoski Rapids in south-western Finland, where the Nokia story begins. It was on the banks of the Nokianvirta river – the place that gave Nokia its name.
    The Nokianvirta river is named after a dark, furry animal that was locally known as the nokia – a type of marten.

    got my new shiny N95 today - it is so much better than my N73 - better photos and video - more control over contrast and exposure for photos - nice big bright screen. and you can view it landscape or portrait - which is nice!

    My phone got very wet - it poured down with rain but I kept taking photos and filming at a Music Festival and by the end of the day it was so wet it stopped working - you coul deven see blotches of water inside the screen - I had to let it dry out for at least 2 days before it worked again.

    LOST phone
    I lost my phone for 2 days and could not find it anywhere. Eventually I found it in the bin in my bedroom - but only because someone sent me a text message. My text alert tone is a song and when I found it in the bin it was singing the words
    "I didn't think you'd ever find me here" - haha.

    i do like my phone but it won't survive much longer - so by the end of august i will definitely get the new iphone - have been waiting for an iphone with a decent camera and the IPHONE4 is it!
