Bell requests a patent for his telephone and dreams of creating his own telephone company, allowing people to communicate easier. -
Patent Granted
Bell's request for the patent was finally granted. Luckily, he filed his patent only hours before Elisha Grey, another inventor who successfully invented the telephone on the same day. -
First Call
On this monumental day, the first call is made over the telephone. Bell says these famous words to his assistant, "Mr. Watson, come here. I want to see you." -
Bell Telephone Company
Bell's dream comes true and is able to officially create the Bell Telephone Company (nowadays Bell Mobility).
