By the mid 1950's Audrey had become not only a fashion icon, but one of the biggest motion picture stars in hollywood. During the run of the play Ondine, (in which Audrey starred) she won a Golden Globe for Best Motion Picture Actress and an Acadamy Award for both for Roman Holiday. After recieving the Oscar six weeks afterwards she won a TonyAward for Best Actress in Ondine. -

End of LIfe
In 1992 Audrey hepburn began having extreme abdominal cramps. She went to the hospital and found out that she had cancer. Two years later at the age of 63 Audrey Hepburn died from appendical cancer.
