SMM was created as a way for the CPU to execute code from a separate area of memory in the System Management RAM. It was first released with the Intel 386SL. It runs in the form of interrupt handlers that are triggered by timers or access to certain memory, registers, or hardware resources. Linus and 100+ developers worked on Linux a couple of years and in March 1994, version 1.0 of the Linux kernel was released. It is an open source software. Linux is used all the time, It is an improvement to our lives by being an open source code people can use it as a resource. -

James Gosling Invented Java. It is used for internet programming, mobile devices, and games. It was made to develop advanced software. Java was designed for interactive television, but that was advanced for its time. Java improves my life personally through career. Java allows for jobs and sites to be created by workers, It allows for businesses to have customization to their site.
