Thinking that Circe was a sweet lady/ Goddess who sang beautifully as she was weaving, Odysseus and his men came in to Circe's house. Well she wasnt. While they were thinking that she was making them something to eat, she came back and turned them into pigs. -

TCirce gave him advise on the two monsters, Charybdis and Scylla. She had told Odysseus to visit Scylla because it was better to lose six men than to lose all your men and your boat too. -

Charybdis was a monster who lives in the sea. It could create a huricane and suck down anything. Odysseus was warned strongly to skip Charybdis and visit Scylla. -

Scylla was a large monster who had long tentacles and six serpent heads, which would take down one man for each. Odysseus was wise and listened to Circe, he had lost six men. -

This is the island of the sun god, Helios. Odysseus had ordered his men to bypass this island but was ignored. Odysseus's men had eaten the cattle of the sun god. Out of anger, Zeus had drawn a thunderbolt upon Odysseus and his men. His men had drowned and only he had survived. -
