3.2 Older Adult Health
On this day, we found out my mom was sick with Stage five of traveling cancer. We wasnt for sure if she was going to make it. this started my severe depression and my anxiety. I was in the 8th grade getting ready for state testing at the time not able to come home because my mom who was in the hospital for about a month. Thinking the same thoughts everyday that i was gonna get out of school or wake up and have the phone call that my mom not gonna make. -
3.1 My Heath
This day is the toughest day of my life. I was found with sever depression a few years back and took years of treatments. Then my junior year of HS i fell in love with this guy. He was the love of my life, he was my first. Druing the school year I found out he got another girl pregnant& causing her to have an abortion because of me. I was hurt, fell back in my depression but deeper. I ended up with more treatments, even thought of suicide. I am still recovering from the break up today
