Public relations contract terminated, services conducted through the Portage County ESC reduced,tutors eliminated or funded through alternative method, one mechanic eliminated, 10 bus drivers eliminated, all 17 playground eliminated, all 5 library aids eliminated, one administrator eliminated, one exempt position eliminated -
Second Cuts
10 teachers will be laid off for the second semester. -

Spring sport fee increase
Fees increase to at least $200 for high school athletics. -
Possible second wave of teacher cuts
Depending on the financial situation of the district at least 10 more teahcers will need to be cut.
