Q And what event was it that you met her?
A I met her at the Barnstable Brown, in conjunction with a function at the Kentucky
Derby. -

A She was there in 2003 and I had no contact until 2004. And after that event, Mr. Stern
and I had contact about a future event and I was invited by Anna Nicole via Mr. Stern to
attend that event and take photographs. And after that, I was asked to go to another event
personally by Ms. Smith and out relationship went from professional to a personal
relationship.
Q They hired you as their private photographer?
A Yes.
Q And to sell them?
A To sell them, which I continue to do so.
