11th Amendment
Sovereign immunity- A case involving suit between a state and a citizen of another state cannot be heard in a federal court -
12th Amendment
Electoral college reform - Electors will vote for the President and Vice-President on separate ballots -
13th Amendment
Slavery abolished -
14th Amendment
Equal protection under law and due process of law for African Americans, Slaves given the rights of U.S. Citizens -
15th Amendment
Right to vote shall not be abridged because of color or previous servitude -
16th Amendment
Congress is allowed to pass a tax on income -
17th Amendment
Senators will be elected directly by the people -
18th Amendment
Prohibition - Liquor cannot be manufactured, sold, or transported in the United States -
19th Amendment
Women's suffrage - Women are given the right to vote -

Terms of office for president and Congress - Presidents start their new terms on January 20. Congress starts its new term on January 3 -
21st Amendment
Prohibition repealed - The 18th amendment is now longer law -
22nd Amendment
Presidential term limits - A President cannot serve more than two terms -
23rd Amendment
District of Columbia suffrage - Residents of the District of Columbia (Washington D.C.) have the right to vote for President -
24th Amendment
Poll taxes abolished - No state can deny a citizen the right to vote because of unpaid poll taxes or any other tax -
25th Amendment
Presidential disability - If a President dies, resigns, is removed from office, or becomes too sick to perform the duties of the office, then the Vice-President becomes President -

Congressional pay raises - Laws passed by Congress to increase their salaries do not take effect until after the next election of representatives
