My Sister the Vampire ( take two)
A movie is being shot in Franklin Grove! The twins get to meet a famous movie star Jackson Claufield ( which also happens to be Olivia's crush). Olivia even gets to audition for the movie, but then the real actress comes back. They have heaps of excitment in these few days, and i really enjoyed reading about it. I would recommend this book for a girl who is 11 and over, and also to someone who enjoys reading fiction books. -
The Floods ( the great outdoors)
The Floods is about a family of wizards who go on a holiday for the first time. Their neighbours ( who are humans but also have never gone on a holiday before) guide them through the normal things that humans usually do. Mardonna, which is the mother of all the children, is quite fond of animals and when she sees them getting mistreated, she uses magic to shake things up a bit. I would recommend this book for people who enjoy humour. -
My Sister the Vampire ( Love Bites)
Ivy and Olivia go on a trip to Transylvania to meet their vampire family. Olivia is very worried that she won't fit in with the rest of the family, since she is a human and Ivy is a vampire. When they go there, it turns out that Ivy doesn't fit in and Olivia does! The twins have heaps of fun adventures and learn more about where they came from. I really enjoyed reading this book and would recommend it for girls who are from 11 and over. -
Juicy Gossip
Jenna Simpson is a newspaper editor for her school. She feels very disappointed, since her embarrassing parents are opening a new juice bar, and her school newspaper is getting shut. She has to find a solution, and when she hears some juicy gossip while she is working, thats when she gets the idea of a gossip column! I recommend this book for girls that are 11 yrs of age or over. -
Danny the Champion of the World
Danny really loves his father, and thinks the world of him.r. However, later he finds out that his father breaks the law! Danny's father has a unique hobby, which is going out at night to poach pheasants. This 'hobby' has been running through Danny's family. Danny and his father find out a perfect way to steal as many pheasats as possible from the horrible Mr Hazell's farm. I recommend this book for a boy and girl aged 9 and up. -

This book is about a popstars sister Sam. Her life is a bit all over the place, since Danny is always chased around my papparazi and media. Sam desperately wants to get out of all the glamouruos life, but she has a suspicion that Danny's agent isn't going to let her. Sam finds out that he has planned to do a reality show around Danny and her family. Is Sam going to let that happen? I recommend this book for girls aged 10 and over. -
Bad Girls
Mandy is a girl who always gets picked on at school, just because she isn't as independent as other people. Her life has been a misery lately, but then she finds a girl called Tanya. Tanya is a the perfect perfect person for mandy, and they both really like each other. However, when Mandy finds out that Tanya is a shop-lifter, she get very worried. This book was great and I really enjoyed reading it. I would recommend it for girls ten years and over. -
The Floods - Lost
King Nerlin has decided that Transylvania Waters is a very confusing place, so it needs maps. He assigns Maldegard and Edna to do the job. While going on trips around the country, they both come accross lots of awesome adventures. The main one is exploring and naming the underground tunnels and caves. Will Maldegard and Edna be succesful in their trips? This is a suitable book for both boys and girls, 10 years and up. -
Alice in Wonderland
A girl called Alice experiences wierd animals and lots o amazing things as she travels through Wonderland. She follows a white rabbbit down a hole and land in a queer place. She finds that any food you eat makes you grow either bigger or smaller.Its very annoying when the animals get offended really quickly, and they speak in such complicated ways! Will Alice ever get out of Wonderland? I think this book is ideal fo kids my age - 12 and over. -

Betty and Fiona think their cooking is absolutly marvellous, but its not. In fact, their cooking can probably make humans die. However, Betty and Fiona are convinced and want to open a restaurent. Betty's mother, Mordonna, knows what'll happen if the restaurant opens, so she lays down a condition. If Betty can win the cooking competion, she can open it. Now here betty can use magic to make things work! I recommend this bok for both genders, with an age of 12 and up. -

Charlie and the Chocolate Factory
Charlie and his family are very poor, but they continue to live happily as one big (4 grandparents, 1 mum, 1 dad and charlie = 7 people) family. Near their house there is a huge choclate factory, and whenever charlie walks to school, he can smell the wonderful choclaty smell that makes him hungrier and hungrier. Mr Willy Wonka has announced that he has hidden five golden tickets in his choclate bars, and whoever get one, will get a tour around the factory. Charlie finds a golden ticket, and -
Unseen
Unseen has a series of short stories (written by Paul Jennings) in it. There is The One-Finger Salute, Round The Bend, Seeshell, Piddler On The Roof, Ticker, Guts, Shadows and Squak Talk. All of these stories are short but very interesting to read and keep the reader engaged. I would reccomend this book for both boys and girls, and 11 and over. -

Anna is a ordinary girl, nerdy friend, Dory. After Anna realises that she needs a new friend, she meets Emma. Emma is everything she needs; Cool, daring, fun. Anna and Emma have so much fun together, they bunk school, throw tomato sauce on their enemies. However, soon Emma got a bit over the top. She does bad things but every one else thinks it Emma. Soon Anna finds out that Emma is not her friend, but her evil twin. She's alone in this and she desparatly needs her friends back, but how? -
This Totally Bites
Emma-Rose is very different, some evn say a emo. When her great aunt Margo comes along, Emma-Rose finds that she's a lot like her. One day she sees great aunt Margo in bat form, and is determined to find out if she is one. Along the way she finds that as well as great aunt Margo, Emma-Rose has all vampire character traits. I recommended this for girls interested in mild horror books aged 11 and up. -

Serafina gives her a pendant that is supposed to 'seal' her fortune, but its actually cursed. Terrible things start happening to Zoe Will Zoe and Mis ever break the curse? I reccomend this bok for any gender, aged 12 (since its a horror themed book) and up. -
