It applies to people employers with 15 employees or more Helps people with disabilities access the same employment opportunities and benefits available to people without disabilities.

    Clinton signed it into law on December 8, 1993. The agreement went into effect on January 1, 1994. Clinton, while signing the NAFTA bill, stated that "NAFTA means jobs. Two people died as a result fo the bombing. Eric Robert Rudolph was convicted of placing the bomb, filled with nails and screws, in Centennial Olympic Park.

    On March 24, 1999, the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) commences air strikes against Yugoslavia with the bombing of Serbian military positions in the Yugoslav province of Kosovo. They lasted till June 10th, 1999. The first targets were Belgrade, Pristina in Kosovo, Podgorica in Montenegro, and several other cities.
