Apple's first computer was designed to show that it was in fact easy and very inexpensive to make. Only 200 of these were made and 175 of them were sold. The Global Positioning System (GPS), was created by the U.S. Navy when they tried it out for the Moon Landing. They experimented with satellites in 1978 for 20 years and later found out that satellites would be able to help civilians all over the world to find locations around us. -
