Terracotta Army Discovered in China
Three farmers discovered terracotta shards while drilling holes for water wells. The news quickly spread and by July, a team had began excavating the site. They discovered the 2200-year-old remains of a life-sized army. It had been buried with Qin Shihuangdi, the first emperor of China. -

The first person to contract the disease started to show symptoms. Ten days later, this patient died. The next few months, the first actual outbreak started in Sudan and Zaire. 602 people reported having the disease adn 431 people died. -

The Peoples Temple was founded in 1956 by Jim Jones and was focused on helping people in need. Jones went crazy basically and told his people that the only way out was to commit suicide. -
Margaret Thatcher First Woman Prime Minister of Great Britain
Margret Thatcher was the first female prime minister of the United Kingdom. She served three consecutive terms. This is the longest of any Bristish Prime Minister in the 20th century. She is remembered for her conservative social and economic policies. She is one of the few credited for helping bring about the end of the Cold War.
