    As the US increases its efforts in Vietnam, even some classes in college begin to speak out as it becomes a controversal topic. One even leads to one of the first Anti-War protests, backing the belief that the US doesn't have any reason to be "over there". Over 35,000 people
  • First "Sit-In"

    Students of the University of Wisconsin occupy the administration building (peacefully) for a handful of days
  • Ramparts Magazine

    Published Vietnam Photographs of Children in the war being burned by napalm, which in return got MLK's attention, and he joined in on the protests- speaking out against the war soon after.
  • Supporters March

    People who supported the war in Vietnam went against the other protests, 70,000 of them

    Massive offense. Really violent. Lots of attacks.
