Fidel Castro

He advocated support of the French in their war against the Viet Minh in Indochina and it is widely believed that he refused to shake the hand of Zhou Enlai at the Geneva Conference in 1954. He came up with the theory of Mutual assured destruction. -

And if they don't remove him in government they fear that Iran would fall under control of the soviets. So CiA and pro-SHA had military street protest to overthrow Mossadeq. As a result America tusted SHA as one of their Cold War allies. -
Jacob Arbenz
He served as Defense Minister of Guatemala from 1944 to 1951, and as President from 1951 to 1954. In his inaugural address, Árbenz promised to convert Guatemala from "a backward country with a predominantly feudal economy into a modern capitalist state." He wanted to reduce dependency on foreign markets and dampen the influence of foreign corporations over Guatemalan politics. He also stated that he would modernize Guatemala's infrastructure and do so without the help of foreign nations. -
