Brown vs. Board of education
The Brown vs. Board of education was a Supreme Court case about segregation in publc schools. In the end segragation in public schools was ruled as unconstitutional. -
Rosa Parks
On December 1, 1955 Rosa Parks refused to give up her seat to a white man. At the time this was illegal and Rosa Parks was thrown in jail. Due to this event the Montgomery Bus Boycott began a few days later. (social event) -
