  • 19th Amendment

    The 19th amendment allowed women to vote in elections now. Also known as women's suffrage.

  • St. Valentines Massacre

    Seven people were gunned down five were members of the North Side Gang and the other two were affiliates.

  • Stock Market Crashes

    The stock market in the United States crashed leading to the panic of the American citizens. This event led to the Great Depression.

  • Great Depression

    The Great Depression was a year-long terrible time for the American people. People lost their jobs and things became pricier.

  • Food Riots

    Food riots were caused by a lack of food which in turn caused many men and women to loot groeraries from stores.

  • Roosevelt as President

    Theodore Roosevelt became president of the United states.

  • New Deal

    Roosevelt presented a deal to help America out of it's depression.

  • Emergency Banking Act

    You could not take out loans from the bank at this point and time because there was no money.

  • Recession

    Before the Great Depression ended there was one last reccesion before things could better.

  • Treaty Of Munich

    German annexation of the Sudetenland in western Czechoslovakia by allowance of the Allaies.

  • Czechoslovakia invasion

    Germany took this land even thought in the Munich treaty the swore they woukd not.

  • Russia and Germany

    Russia and Germany made a deal to not attack each other in the war.

  • War Declared

    World War 2 is declared by France and England to fight Germany.

  • Denmark and Norway

    Denmark and Norway are invaded and taken by Germany.

  • Italy Joins

    Italy Joined the fight of World War2 a little late but the joined on the Axis side.

  • Armistice

    France enters an Armistice with Germany and the armistice began at midnight.

  • Tripartite pact

    This was signed to signify an alliance between Germany, Japan, and Italy.

  • Pearl Harbor

    Japan dropped bombs on Pearl Harbor which caused America to be dragged into World War 2

  • Declared war

    Britain and the United States declared war on Japan shortly after the events of Pearl Harbor.

  • Depression End

    The depression ended when America was dragged into World War 2.

  • Italy Surrendered

    Italy pulls out of World War 2 after expanding all their recorces.

  • D-Day

    The Allies stormed onto Normandy in order to free France from Germany's grasp

  • Germany Surrendered

    After a long time of fighting the German forces finaly surrendered.

  • Hiroshima

    Hiroshima was bomed by American troops which caused Japan to eventualy surrender the war.

  • Japan Surrenders

    Japan finally surrenders, it is the last of the Axis Powers to give in after the long war with the allies.
