1905, Geniocracy Government began in Switzerland, city of Lucern. The country of Switzerland needed a new leader and a new form of government. The economy was suffering and many people were out of work. -

1906, March Switzerland,s Leader establishes new parties for the government.
New branches of government are established for the next highest in office. The second hierarchy was given to runners up from the Absolute Despot, to help run the nation. -
Military Power
In Switzerland the Arbitrator has the most powerful military and they keep the order among the people. When a situation such as a protest or march to let their leader know what they need, the military will make sure that it doesn't get out of control. -

People come together to exercise their rights for higher education. Geniocracy governments has a fourth level of hierarcy which is poor educated people who work as garbage workers, factory workers, janitors but have the opportunity to advance and improve their status, through hard work and application.
