    Executive Order 6102 is an Executive Order signed on April 5, 1933 by U.S. President Franklin D. Roosevelt "forbidding the Hoarding of Gold Coin, Gold Bullion, and Gold Certificates." This order was to be followed by all americans. Roosevelt used his executive power to force the american people to do something by making an Executive Order.
