Telephone
The telephone was invented by Alexander Graham Bell in the 1870's. He was not the only person who had come across the same idea. About 2 hours after Bell handed in his invention someone by the name of Elisha Grey tried to hand in the same thing. They both had legal wars on this issue and Alexander Graham Bell emded up winning the dispute. -
Televison
The first televison was invented in 1923 by a Scottish man named John Bogie Baird in a city in England called Hastings. It had its first demenstration in 1925 In London England in a department store called Selfridges. John Baird called his first televison a televisor. -
Satellite
The first satellite that was launched into space was called Sputnik. It was the first publicly recognized artificial satellite. This satellite was launched in Russia and was part of the Russian Space Program(USSR). -
Video Games
The first video game was a game called Tennis For Two and it was the forerunner for video games. Two players would have individual controllers that would connect to a single console. They used an oscilloscope as a monitor to see the game on. -
