  • Decision 2: My family decides to feed our dog a different type of kibble

My dog is a pug mix and though now she is a mere 19 pounds, the last time we went to the vet, she was said to be a little overweight (at 21 pounds). With this change in food, my dog lost 2 pounds (reaching a healthier weight for her type of dog), and I think my family will continue to giver her this type of food. My family discussed—"if the decision was made by a group, having a conversation with all participants is often worthwhile" (Unit 1 Health iBook pg 11).

  • Decision 1: Evaluating

The insight that she learned was that this decision proved to be very effective. There was a significant improvement to her flexibility, and even learned how to do the splits!!
