    On September 12th, Jacqueline became a Kennedy officially. At St. Mary's Church in New Port, Rhode Island they "tied the knot". They had 700 guests attend the service, and 1200 people attend their wedding reception. Talk about well known people.

    With the birth of Caroline, which was a very tough birth. She was born as a "stillbirth" which means she wasnt breathing or moving when she was born. This was a pivital time in their lives because they had tried for children before her and ended up unfortunately having a miscarriage.

    In 1962, Jacqueline discovered that the old vintage houses across from the white house were scheduled to be demolished. Knowing that the beautiful houses and furniture and everything in them was going to be taken down made her very angry. So she fought for them not to be torn down.

    In 1968 Jackie remarried Aristotle Onassis. At this point John had been deceased for many years and she finally decided to move on with her life. They had a good marriage, and when they got married she went back to photography and journalism.
