Qin Dynasty
after Qin conquered all opposing states and unified China he establishing the Qin Dynasty. He ordered the destruction of the wall sections that divided his empire along the former state borders and to protect the empire against intrusions by the Xiongnu people from the north. He then ordered his people to build a new wall to connect it to the other side. The materials used for construction was local resources, stones from the mountains and rammed earth. -
