    Parent Participation (p.4)The LEA shall ensure that the parent or parents of the child with a disability receive a written invitation no fewer than 10 days before an IEP meeting the LEA shall ensure that the parent or parents receive a written invitation no fewer than 5 days before the review. In NH your written parental consent for the IEP is required on every IEP. If a parent does not respond at all they have given have given what is called implied consent.
