Losing The Necklace
After M. and Mme. Loisel arrive home Mme. Loisl realizes that she had lost the necklace and they can't find it. -
Replacing The Necklace
Mme. and M. Loisel go to a jewelry store and buy a brand new diamond necklace that cost's eighteen thousand francs. Then mme. Loisel gives her friend the diamond necklace. -
Paying The Necklace Off
Mme. Loisel starts to work as a maid to pay off the diamond necklace. She starts to become old and worn. -
Ten Years Later
After finishing paying off the necklace Mme. Loisel runs into her old best friend and she tells her that the necklace wasn't a real diamond necklace and it only was worth like five hundred francs.
