    I believe that this is the most important because it deals with so many different things to stop discrimination. For example discrimination during voting and the fact of being able to vote was very contradicting throughout this era. Racial segregation in schooling is another major social issue that this act helped resolve. Employment was very unfair due to inequality with gender and race, this conflict was a big issue; once resolved many other issues were fixed.
