Intriguing testimony...
Ronald Shipp testifies that O.J. told him he had dreamed of killing Nicole the day after Nicole and Ronald were found stabbed to death. Nicole's sister, Denise Brown testified that O.J. was abusive towards Nicole while they were married. -
Corruption in the case?...
Frederic Rieders, a forensic toxicologist, says he found evidence of blood preservative in two pieces of evidence, implying police planted the evidence. Later in the trial, Microbiologist John Gerdes declared L.A. police crime lab is "by far" most contaminated he's ever seen; casts doubt on most widely used DNA test. -
Mark Fuhrman exposed..
Mark Fuhrman was the star witness and head investigator of the murders, but the defnese had acquired tapes of his voice saying incredibly racist remarks towards black people, thus bringing up more and more questions the sincerity of the prosecution. The defense refused to leave it alone, and it ended up working to their advantage. -
Closing arugments
Clark begins her closing arguments by blasting her former star witness - Mark Fuhrman - as a racist but cautions that does not mean he planted key evidence at Simpson's home. Christopher Darden wraps up the prosecution closing arguments by portraying Simpson as consumed by a jealous rage. Cochran then takes up for the defense, hammering home the theme ``If it doesn't fit, you must acquit.'' Cochran invokes history and the bible and wraps up by telling jurors ``God bless you.''
