Graduated highschool
Started working full time so I had something to do while figuring out life and the next step. -
Started Prerequisites at MSJC
Started taking prerequisites at MSJC but had no idea of what career path I wanted to pursue. -
Possibly wanted to pursue Dental Hygiene

Started thinking about nursing
Didn't think I wanted to work on teeth my whole life and was interested in the endless possibilities of nursing. -
Officially decided dental hygiene wasn't for me
I was taking my last prerequisites at RCC to apply for the dental hygiene program and dropped out of the last class. -
Started preparing applications to nursing programs
Was preparing my application for local schools such as RCC, Palomar, and MSJC -
Got accepted to UUN nursing program

Passed my Hesi!
The last step for being accepted to the program was done and the nerves set in! -
Got Lola!

Got CPR certified!

First day of 1st semester!
Nervous for the next step but excited for what was to come and clinical! -
Last day of 1st semester!
Made new friends! We all give each other emotional support during these stressful times -
Started 1st semester of BSN program
Was nervous on what to expect. Writing papers has never been a high point in my education but knew it would be necessary in the long run. -
First day of 2nd Semester!

Graduation from ADN program
End of 4th semester and preparing for graduation and pinning ceremony. -
Hoping to be working as a L&D nurse
Still many clinical rotations I have to go through to get an idea if I would like it or not. As of now my plan and goal is L&D. -
Hoping to be preparing for NCLEX
At this point I am hoping to be preparing to take the NCLEX
