Northeast Power Grid Blackout
I remember sitting outside on the bed of my parents truck waiting in the driveway for the lights to come back on. My cousins came over and we slept in the den and waited until the lights came back on. The next day we ordered a generator. -
Riding bike with no training wheels
This was a memorable moment in my life because it was one of the many many many things my parents felt the need to video tape. My parents seemed like it was the start of a new chapter in my life. Everything from that day is on video tape. Literally everything from then on is film. I was pretty proud of myself this day cause i did this before any of my cousins and they were all jealous of me for awhile. But then we all get over it. -
Moving To Brewster
I knew no one, i didn't want to move. My dad got a better job offer in New York City so we moved to Brewster. From the first day, I've disliked brewster. I still don't love it, but I've made amazing friends and made decisions that changed the course of my life. I didn't understand why I had to move. Like i am an only child, i remember thinking that it was all about me and this took me by a shock that they were't doing something that i wanted. -
Going to the city
The first I went to the city I took the train with my mom and cousins and when I got the train I got motion sick so I threw up everywhere. It was honestly the grossest thing. Then when we got to the city, and after 20 minutes I got bored of walking so I sat in the middle of sidewalk. So then I sucked it up and started to walk. That and they're so many people. Me personally, I am not a people person so this annoyed me that there was so many people in this one place. -
First Communion
I remember my mom and my babicka (grandmother) making me try on every dress in the store. I wanted to put up a fight but they said ice cream after so I put on a smile and sucked it up. After four hours we got a dress. But since I didn't get the height in my family, the dress had to trimmed... another town hours later I finally got my ice cream. The ice cream was the only thing keeping me motivated during the hours of trying on dress and shoes. -
Having to switch schools
Really guys, making me start a new place again. I thought this to myself everyday until I made a friend. Which took awhile, cause I can from a catholic school, where kids didn't miss behave, didn't miss a homework or act out. And all these kids did. I didn't understand why they were so bad like someone yell at the kid who missed his homework and late to class. In my old school if i did that, I would've be yelled at, mom called and no fun crafts. -
Driving to florida
Why?? 18 hours in a car.. I hate long car rides. I get car sick so fast. The worst 18 hours of life. But about 3 hours into it, i passed out and when i woke up we were in Georgia and had about 4 hours left so honesty it could've be worse but at age ten you can't sit still for that long. But it when we got there it was pouring rain.. i wanted to go home. 18 hours or pouring rain. Really? But after 3 hours of it on and of raining we finally got to go swimming. -
Hurricane Sandy
Flood... Water all over the basement. My dads motorcycle was half way cover in water. I thought he was gonna have a heart attack. He honestly rushed into the basement and was got a bucket and throw the water out of the basement but it kept coming back. So, we took down the basement door so that he could move his bike into safety. But no one cared that my favorite pair of shoes was ruined.

Getting a dog: February 2013
I was so happy I finally got a puppy. Ive been wanting one forever. And when i got one all i wanted to do was cuddle and play. But all the puppy wanted to do was sleep. So i kept on poking the belly of the beast until he woke up. And when he did... the beast was awoken. He crazy. Jumping on the couch off the couch running all over the house, knocking over the cat, tripping my dad and peeing all over the house.

Making the varsity tennis team as a freshman
I hated it. I don't like running. I wanted to quit. I hated my mother for making me go. But then I met my best friend. And then it was all worth the pain. As the season went on, we became a family and I came out of my shell of this little shy girl who didn't want to talk to anyone. And now once you get me talking you can't shut me up. Because of what i did my freshman year, I'm now this person that is able to start a conversation with anyone and do anything i put my mind to. -
First job: July 2015
When people say its not about the money.. the really mean its all about the money. My first job was teaching kids how to play tennis. I thought it was the best job until the kids were brats and so needy. I wanted to slap the kids but I knew that would turn into a lawsuit and I'm not about to lose all the money i don't have. Im pretty sure all the money i got i spend within ten minutes of me getting it.

First baby cousin born that i remember
Wow. This baby didn't stop crying. Like don't get me wrong she's adorable but come on, you can't be that upset that you have to cry forever. Like my ears need a break. That and she slept a lot. Everytime i went to see her she'd be sleeping. That i refused to change her dipper. Not happening. Thats nasty. The family came up with a rule. Don't pass a loaded baby. But yeah I still passed her someone else. Like I'd grad the wipes but I refuse to wipe anything. -
Having Sweet 16
I hate being center of attention. But this was different. I got to have it at this beautiful place with some of my amazing friends. Memories that would last a life was made that night. I got to wear this dress that I loved. But my heels hurt.. a lot. The food was amazing. But I did't eat much. My friend dropped food on his white shirt so I did't want that to happen to me. And then I also had to clean his shirt which was weird. But other than that, I had the night of my life. -
Uncle becomes Police Chief
Now its the real deal. He got his own chief car and walked around like the boss he was. He became this figure to look up to. I couldn't be more proud of my uncle. After he took some pictures for the town we all went out to eat after. My cousin and I became the drivers for the night. Some people went to hurt, but it was fun and the little town bar were all the locals went to congratulate my uncle and his wife = and even paid for some of the dinner which i thought was really nice of them -
Learning to drive
My parents were so scared being in the truck with me. Out on the open road aka the high school parking lot. But I never hit anything other the the crib. But its okay. Its a truck its make for the off roading I did. Plus no one other me was around. Everyone and then I made the turns too wide. But now I'm so comfortable trying the truck. I go from the truck to a little car and i hate it. The truck has become my safety blanket when it comes to driving.
