Chapter 1
In chapter one journey gives away lots of her possessions. If i was Journey i dont know if i would give anything away. One thing that i would refuse to give away would be my puppie that my grandparents gave me. -

Chapter 2
In chapter 2 Journey is comparing a photo of his mother to one of his grandmother. -
Chapter 3
In chapter 3 it talks about how the memory almost just as strong as a photo. It also talks about how grandpa hides behind the camra. I have one memory that i vividly remember it was when i was 3 and got my fingers roled up in a window. -
Chapter 4
In chapter 4 Journey gets to drive a vehcel for the first time. I remember when i first drove a vehical i was scared that i was going to crash, but i was oonly driving about ten km per hour. -
Chapter 5
In chapter 5 at the begining it talks about how grandmother sent them out in the rain to gather some peonies. It talks about how the smell filled the house. I remember at my great grandma's house on the farm she had a walk way of peonies. i can still smell them today. -
Chapter 6
In chapter 6 Journey is pretending that he is sick when he is acually just upset about how he doesnt have a real family. Cat takes out his anger in a differant way he works in the garden. -
Chapter 7
In chapter 7 it talks about how the cat is like a pansy with claw i have the cutest cat ever but it is evil -
Chapter 8
In chapter 8 bloom the cat is very pregnat. It says "as the days grew hotter bloom grew fat". In this chapter bloom also rubs against the box that they discover with dozens of tor up pistures that his mother riped up. -
Chapter 9
In the begining of chapter 9 Journey is dreaming. In the dream Journey is flying over the farm. He talks about flying over the barn the farm. -
Chapter 10
At the beging of chapter 10 bloom has her kittens in the box of torn up pictures. Jourey asks his grandfather what makes a good mother and grandpa just answer's and said "well they just know." -
Chapter 11
Grandpa is trying to explan to Journey why his mother left and tore up all of the pictures.Grandpa said that she never wanted to look back on memorey's that she didn't want to remember about Journey's father. -
Chapter 12
Grandpa has been making a lot of trips into town alone. Cat asked why he is going into town so much but he won’t tell her and says it’s a secret. Grandma is becoming very good at flute because she practiced so much. Journey and Cat are remembering some old memories about how they used to pick raspberries. -
Chapter 13
In this chapter Journey's grandpa restors all of the old photo's. Journey is very happy to see them and sorta forgets that he doesnt have a real mother.
