Plymouth is founded and first government document for the Plymouth colony. This is important because without the colonies having theirselves structured or organized it would have been a mess. -

Adopted by Connecticut. It's a document describing structure and power of the government in Connecticut. This is important because without it Connecticut would not be organized and civilized. -
Pennsylvania Founding
Pennsylvania is founded by William Penn. This is important because it was one of the first 13 colonies so without the colonies we wouldn't have become states or the United States. -

The war in which Britian and France fought in. Lasted 7 years. This is important because france asked support from the U.S so the U.S was kind of involved with this so its important. -
Stamp Act
Act passed british parliament; to pay tax on printed paper. This is important because if the british parliament didn't tax colonists back then , we wouldnt have moved out to North America. -
Boston Massacre
Killing of five colonists by the British police. This is important because it shows how protests back then are as crazy as now. Even if a few were shot it still makes a difference. -
Boston Tea Party
Sons of Liberty dump tea bags overbard of ship. This is important because because of this the sons of liberty showed what they wanted to prove, even though it caused them to have the Intolerable Acts. -
Intolerable Acts
A series of harsh laws created by British parliament after Boston Tea Party. This is important because we now see how our government should NOT be because everyone will start a rebeliion if you do harsh laws. -
Lexington & Concord Battles
First battles of the American Revolutionary War. British vs. American colonists. This is important because this is how we won our land. -
Declaration Of Independence
Document declaring that U.S (13 colonies) are independent. This is important because without this document we wouldn't have our rights and our unalienable rights. -
Saratoga battles
The other battle is also in October 7,1777. These two battles consist of British fighting American colonisists. The british general surrenders. This is important because we are independent becuase of the battles that the U.S have. -
Articles of Confederation
First written constitution of the U.S. This is important because since we saw that the Articles of Confederation did not work out we saw what we had to improve and thats how the Declaration of independence. -
Yorktown battle
British surrender at this battle. This is important because as the U.S kept winning the battles, they kept getting stronger as a country. -
Shay's Rebellion
Shay's rebellion was also in 1787. A series of protests by farmers because of state and local enforcement of tax. This is important because the government saw that these farmers did not like what they were doing and hat maybe they kind of resembled New England and by that it will better our country. -

This document has the seven articles. This is important because this document gives it our rights and freedom of everything. -
Washington's Inauguration
When Washington took oath as the 1st president. This is important because now that they had a 1st president they had a leader and the president wouldn't be like a king. -
Washington's Farewell Address
Letter written by George Washington saying to stay out of debt, staying neutral, and to stay out of political parties. This is important because Washington gave us advice and we sadly didn't follow his advice but that's why we still have time to do so. -
Marbury v. Madison court case
This court case is led by judge John Marshall. This court case brings the judicial review. This is important because they could now decided if a law is unconstitutional . -
