Justin Smith Morrill established federal funding for higher education. Based on two important principles, that education should be widely accessible, particularly to be financially accessible and that it was practical. -

Vocational Amendment of 1963
This Amendment expanded on the las Vocational Education Act however specialized on expanding the occupation access to all-class people. They created a requirement for each state to submit an administrative plan and to supply a 5-year program plan consisting of these new changes. -
Vocational Amendment of 1968
The Vocational Rehabilitation Amendments of 1968 established in order to better the grant access for rehabilitation services for citizens. -

The Vocational Rehabilitation Act of 1973 was established in order to end discrimination against those with disabilities. -
Vocational Amendment of 1976
