The First Game Console
The First Game Console ever made was the "Brown Box" this is the first video game. Ralph Baer and his coworkers invented. This machine played the game we know as "Ping-Pong".

Odyssey
After the Brown Box Baer and is Coworkers created the Oyssey in 1972. This machine was able to play 12 different games and was the first commercial game console. Pong

Atari new that a single game console would not last long so they had to come up with a cartridge based console used to play multiple games. Intellivision
Mattel invented the Intellivision and this was a challenge to Atari. it had better graphics and added voices to their game. This was invented in 1980 but this lead to a game crash in 1983-84.
