Educate America Act (Goals 2000)
In 1994 President Clinton passed a bill that promoted schools to attain a more substantial level of educational standards within academia for students. He reinforced the idea that educational institutions thrived to achieve higher standards by implementing financial support for those who aligned with the act. Resources:

Improving America's Schools Act
Re-authorization of ESEA. Alongside the Goal 2000 act, this was geared to improving performance of students and faculty, provided financial compensation to schools in need of advancement, and emphasized accountability with the goal to motivate establishments to help students achieve.

Comprehensive School Reform Program
Congress passed this act to provide additional funding to schools to support reformations and technical advancement for the betterment of student education. This is a bill that provided academic institutions the financial backing to align their educational capabilities and tools to that of the desired platform presented during that time.

NCLB : No child left behind act
President Bush enacted this law to hold the educational establishment responsible for the success of students. This directly tied performance of students to financial support of the government as well as labelled the quality of teachers based off of performance. It highly emphasized reading capabilities and the quality of teachers.

America Competes Act
Act created to expand educational programs for math, science, technology. Aimed to advance academic achievement.

Common Core State Standards Initiative (CCSSI)
Arizona, as well as 47 other states, sign and agree to adopt standards for common core education. Arizona educators and officials develop Math and ELA standards.

Gates Educational Reform
In recent years the Gates family, using their foundation, has geared to finance an educational reform through grants and other means. Their goal is to enhance opportunities for disadvantaged students, increase attendance of post secondary schools, increase intellectual standards, improve college readiness and completion.

The Strengthening Career and Technical Education for the 21st Century Act (Perkins V)
July 2018 Trump re-authorized and amended the existing act from 2006 to put forth additional funding and emphasis on vocational studies. Allotted additional CTE training for students in middle school, broadening the spectrum for those who wish to engage in vocational studies earlier.
