First Communion
My first communion was a very impactful event on my life since it was one of the first official steps I took with religion, and it is a symbol of the religious path I will let guide me through life. I confronted this event as Rafiki since I was being wise by starting to really focus and exploit my religion. -
MVP volleyball
Getting the MVP award in volleyball really changed my perspective. It really changed me since I noticed that all my hard work was finally paying off and I was really happy to notice how all my effort had a good effect. At this moment I was like Timon and Pumba since I noticed that what I had been doing was good so I decided to take everything more lightly and I worried way less when it came to volleyball. -
Culver Summers
In both 6th grade and 7th summers I went to Culver which is a 6 week-long summer camp. At this camp, I was very happy all the time and I had no idea what was happening back home since I had no phone for a month and a half. At this time I was reacting like Timon and Pumba would since for me this experience was a real escape from reality since I was living a completely different life which I really enjoyed. -
Asomex
During the 7th grade Volleyball Asomex we played very well and we got first place. The whole team was really stressed with the coach and the decisions he was making. During this time I reacted like Scar because when I got asked I agreed to him doing everything needed to actually win and this included not having many people play. I was being quite mean since it really didn't affect me and I valued winning more I decided I wanted to win and I didn't really consider my teammates affected. -
Misiones
During Semana Santa in 8th grade, my family and I went on a misiones trip. This trip had a real impact on me since it was very eye-opening and it showed me the importance of humility and valuing even the smallest things. At this time I reacted as both Rafiki and Timon and Pumba since I was being the wise person since I provided support for many people from the small towns and I had a little escape from reality by behind able to dedicate a whole week to helping others in every way possible.
