    Outcome: This battle was the climax of the German invasion of Russia. The Germans were unable to capture Moscow and this ended the German intention to capture Moscow. The Germans made a final push towards moscow but Serbian troops mets them and pushed them back about 150 miles.

    Outcome: A failed attack from Germany onto the Russian city of Kursk, but the Russians had anticipated this attack and were ready. After the initial attack on the city Russia counter attacked destroying the German offensive dominance.
