But when the millions of German in the army went through neutral Belgium, Britain went into action. Britain's contribution to the Western Front and the start of naval blockade on Germany proved to be decisive. France would have fallen without Britain's help. -

Peace could have happened at any time during the war. After the First Battle of the Marne in 1914, the Germans shouldve wanted peace. -
Allies Invade Normandy
What if the Allied powers landed in Normandy instead. With the war in and along the Western Front, the Entente could have caused the Germans problems by opening up a new place of operations in northern France. The British Navy maintained sea dominance during the war, and could've transported masses of men to the Normandy coast. The Germans, barring sufficient intelligence, would have been caught off guard. -
Germany Attacks French Mutinies
French soldiers had been promised a breakthrough, but instead suffered defeat. Soldiers left their posts one by one, demanding better rations and extended leaves. But the French government hid the news to not alert the Germans. -
Germany Doesn't do Submarine Warfare
If it wasn't for Germany's U-boat campaign, the U.S. might not have entered into WWI. If the U.S. hadn't joined the war, it would have dragged on for at least another year or two. There would have been no Michael campaign in 1918, preserving Germany's fighting power.
