    First Day at Sea

    First Day at Sea
    Today we left Europe. We are heading for China in an attempt to gain resources and become rich. We are using a new ship caIled a caravel. I dont know if we will make or if we are even going the right direction. I hope we can find the port.

    Arrival in China

    Arrival in China
    Well, we found China! Today we arrived at port Guangzhou. We traded for many types of silk. While their prices were high, we will make a lot of profit. It was a very crowded place.

    Fight for food

    We are beginning to run out of food. Today there was a large fight because our supplies were so limited. We lost nearly 1/8 of our crew overboard. Times are getting tough and I hope I can survive.

    Today we arrived at the Malacca port. We encountered many spices we will be able to sell for a high amount. We found things like rubber, aluminum, tobacco, coconuts, coffee, palm oil, timber, rice, and even some tropical fruits. It wasn't as crowded as China, but there were still a variety of people everywhere you looked.

    Dispute On Board

    Today we had a minor dispute on board. The captain had promised us a certain pay depending on the resources we gain and the profit we make. Today we found out it was all a lie. When we found out, we nearly threw hime overboard!

    Arrival at port Daman
    Today we arrived at port Daman. It took us longer than expected to get here due to the dispute against the captain. I am very glad t osee that this port isn't nearly as crowded as the last 2. There isn't much to trade for other than some more spices and some food for us.

    Happiness!

    The other crew members and I have been a lot happir since the last stop. Being able to eat has helped our moods and work ethics. I think we are finally starting to get along and work as a team.

    Port Da Nang

    Today we went to Port Da Nang. We barely excaped with our lives but it ws worth it. We traded for many jewels which wae previously had none of! The prices weren't even that outrageous. On our way out, some people who we assume had been living there, chased us with weapons! I'm glad to be alive but much of the crew wasn't.

    Many losses

    There was a major dispute today. last time, the crew and captain had compromised on our pay. Now, he is taking away our food, our time to rest, and our motive over all.

    The last port

    The last port
    We've done it. We have arrived at a port called Muscat. They had more silks to trade for that we hadn't found in China. We also had to spend some money on food for the trip back. Our other food was lost in the dispute against the captain. We may not even have a captain by the time we get back. They made it back short of 30 crew members and a captain. R.I.P.
