Student Use of Chrome & IPads
All students grades TK-5th grade have daily access to both IPads and Chrome Books. All pods have two Chrome Book carts to every 3 classes. -
One-to One Chrome 2nd-5th
Students grades 2nd through 5th grade will have one-to-one Chrome Books with classroom charging carts to utilize throughout their instructional day. -
One-to-One Chrome Grades K-5th Grade
All classes grades K-5th have one-to-one use of Chromebooks. -
Electronic Text
Students will be accessing electronic curriculum and textbooks grades TK-5th grade. -
Paperless Teaching
Copies have become obsolete due to assignments created and managed on Google Drive and in Google Classroom. Use of multimedia to research. -
Collaborative Classrooms
No more rows and brown desks! Classrooms are arranged to allow for increased project based learning and collaboration between students in all classrooms. Vertical articulation between students and also between various content areas in elementary. -
Increased Creativity with School Structure & Technology
Students will be bringing various types of devices and using them during their instructional day. Also, touch screen tables etc. will be utilized to continue to learn in a collaborative manner. Schools will be structured in a manner to allow for more creativity and flexibilty amoung students moving around areas/buildings to participate in different projects/content areas. (Example: YouTube-TED Talk "Best Kindergarten Ever")
