This cut of scholarships has been argued unfair because of the many Penn State injuries because lack of depth in positions. Perhaps the hardest sanction for the loyal Penn State fans was the vacation of all wins from 1998. This vacation words from Penn Staters such as "You cannot erase history" and calling the NCAA the National Communist Athletic Association.
