At 12:30pm on March 27 tree foresters hear a small explosion of ash coming from Mt. St. Helens. -

On March 28th at 12:30 pm people are evacuated from the area and roads nears the volcano are shut down. -
Bulge appears on Mt. St. Helens
On April 24th a bulge appears on the right side of the mountain and it continues to grow larger. -
Safety zone is made for Mt. St. Helens
On April 30th as the bulge is continuing to grow, the government sets up a safety zone that people are not allowed to go in. -
