Proclamation Act
In the Proclamation Act, George III forbidden all settlers from settling west of the Appalachian Mountains without protection from the Native American Nations. -
Sugar Act
In the Sugar Act, Traders had to pay tax on the import of sugar. A levy was placed on foreign wine and exports of iron, lumper, and other goods. Those items had to go through Britain and their customs. -
Quartering Act
Parliament allowing governments of the American Colonies to provide and pay for the British with any supplies. -
Stamp Act
A tax that levied British goods from being imported. -
Declaration of Rights and Grievances
A document that was written by the Stamp Act Congress. Taxes were unlimited on British Colonists without their formal consent. -
Declaratory Act
The parliaments withdrawal of the Stamp Act. The parliament taxed the colonies for revenue in the Sugar Act and Stamp Act. -
Townshend Act
There was a tax on tea, glass, lead , paper, and paint from Charles Townshend to help pay for Administration of the colonies. -

Boston Massacre
The Boston Massacre occured when there was a street fight between a crowd and British Soldiers. One of the soldiers was knocked down by a snowball, and shot his musket. Five Civilians were killed. -
Tea Act
In the Tea Act, Parliament allowed tea to be sold to the colonies, after it was imported from duties. -
Boston Tea Party
The Boston Tea Party was a protest of the British Parliament Act. A pariot crown dumped tea into the Boston Harbour causing a protest. -
Coercive Act
The Coercive Act has four acts that was established by the British Government. -
First Continental Congress Meeting
The First Continental Congress Meeting met in Philadelphia for a meeting to discuss the British "Intolerable Acts."
