Anne Boleyn

Maid of Honour to Catherine of Aragon, stole the heart of Henry. Mother of the future Queen Elizabeth I, accused of witchcraft and adultery and beheaded on May19,1535, the Tower of London

Jane Seymour

May 30, 1535

She succeeded Anne Boleyn as queen consort following the latter's execution in May 1536. Died in labour, October 24,1537,

Anne of Cleves

Jan 6, 1540

Of German origin, her marriage was arranged from a portrait Henry had seen. However he didn't like her in person and declared the marriage un consummated on July 9,1540

Kathryn Howard

Jul 28, 1540

First cousin of Anne Boleyn. Married Henry very young soon after his divorce from Anne of Cleves. Later accused of adultery she was also beheaded on February 13, 1542

Catherine Parr

Jul 12, 1543

The last of Henry's wives, she looked after his 3 children. Henry died on January 28, 1547 and she outlived him by a year (September 7, 1548)
