I was born in the womens hositpal located 735 Norte dame ave in Winnpeg Manitoba on january 16, 1994. I was 7 pounds exactly about 20 inches long.

When i was first born my mom was living in a apartment on taylor ave called rockwood apartments. That was my first home i got brought too

First Church

Period: Jul 22, 1995 to Oct 5, 1997

When i was young my mom used to go to a church on 22 Avalon Rd and this was the church that i grew up at and where i got baptisesd. I also got my first nickname from the priest, he called me old man because my mom used to dress me up with dress shirts and dress pants and said i looked like an little old man.

Becoming a family

My mom met my step dad in church and were dating for awhile and decided to move in together at an apartment on Morrow Ave. it was Me, my older sister, mom and my step dad.

baby sister is born

After moving in together my mom was going to have a baby. My mom was having a girl and named her Jennifer Rebcca Torres-Lopez, she was 9 pounds 5 oz and me and my older sister were excited to have her.

First day of school

I went to St.George school for kindergarten. My first day my mom dropped me off and adopted quickly and liked school.

Relatives

I remember one day my mom and older and I were at superstore and we ran into my uncle and cousions we havent seen in remember, the last time i seen them was one i was 1 years old and never would have thought my cousion would be one of the biggest influences in my life. We used to have sleepover and play video games and play soccer together and we grew up together and we could always relate to eachother because we are the same age and family.

First Soccer Game

When i was young i always wanted to join a soccer club, Soccer was my first favorite sport and my mom wanted to put me in a soccer club but we were tight on money. One day my uncle said asked me if i wanted to play soccer because my cousins soccer team we down acouple of players and needed subs.It was my offically first soccer game on a club and played right midfielder.

Windsor School

I went to Windsor school for acouple of months. Coming into a new school meant new people and new friedns to make. I never really adapted to Windsor School or to the poeple, I always found the poeple there different.

First House

When i was in grade 4 my parents decided to rent a house. This was the families first house, We still lived in St.vital and didnt know that far from Morrow Ave. We have moved to 11 Fermor Ave which meant we had to go to a closer school but we didnt move that far from St.George.

Returning to proper school

The next year I returned to St.George. I was relieved when i returned to St.George seeing all my friends again and to the teachers i was used to and contuined to go there till grade 8.

New Hobbie

When i was in grade 5 I got into basketball, I would always be playing basketball with my friends after school and it became a hobbie and one of my favorite sports so i decided to sign up for the school team and I have been playing basketball and improving ever since. I remember our coach was my grade 3 teacher Mr.I and our first game was at Victor Manager School, I would never forget my first basketball game.

First suspension

First time being suspended was the end of the world for me. I was in grade 5 and I had a fist fight with one of my friend over something i cant remember. I remember jumping on his face and then walking away and after recess i got called down to the office and the principle gave me a letter to give to my parents. I was more scared giving that letter to my parents.

Guatemala Trip

When i was in grade 6 Me and my sisters and mom took a trip to Guatemala for a month, My mom had just recived the news that her mom pasted away and wanted to see her grave but we also enjoyed the hot weather meet new relatives and also got to live and see how poeple live in guatemala.

Grade 8

I remember grade 8 i did bad in school because i never really tried in and had bad marks and that was our last year in St.George. I remember my teacher talking to my parents serveral times about my attendence and my behavior in class untill one day he told me if i didnt try in school i would amount to noting so i better pull up my socks now. I knew my teacher cared me because he tried to modivate me to do work and become a better person. looking back at it now im glad i had him as a teacher.

Windsor park colligate

I had passed grade 8 and all my friends were going to Glenlawn. My parents decided to move to Windsor park, I wasnt mad at all i was actaully looking forward to this fresh start. A new school new home and new friends.

High school

Going to a new school and first time being in a high school was scary but i just did the things i like such as join basketball and soccer, took classes i liked and my friends came nautrally. By grade 10 I was well known and enjoying school and hanging around friends and also going to parties and lost focus on school.

Becoming a Father

I never would of thought i would be a teenage dad, When my girlfriend that i have been with for 1 year told me she was pregnant it was a total shock to me, I didnt know how to take it. My parents were mad at me first but they encouraged me to stay in the babies life. Its the biggest joy in my life and he modivates me to become a better person.

Not graduating

The most upsetting moment in my life was not graduating with my friends and having to go back to school the following year. But it turned out to be not so bad after all and had attentions of doing something then just graduating from high school.
