The Berlin Airlift was set up by the Soviet Union to cut off all traffic and water to West Berlin. this was in hope that the Allies would give up West Berlin. As a strike, American and British Officials flew in supplies every three minutes for 11 months until the Soviets lifted the blockade. -

Cuban Missile Crisis
The Soviets were secretly building missile sites in Cuba. They were discovered by U.S. spy planes. The missiles were viewed as a threat by the U.S. Threats of nuclear war. Blockade set up so no more missiles can be placed. Soviets agree to remove the missiles if the U.S. does not attack Cuba. -

This is aslo knowon as the six day war.Due to a previous was back in 1948, tension between Israel and their neighbours have never died out. Because issues havent been solved in the past, Israel lauched a series of airstrikes against Egyptian airfields which were destroyed due to lack of defense. They also launched a ground offensive into teh Gaza Strip. As a result of back and forth, the Israelis win. -

He was assassinated during the annual victory parade held in Cairo, celebrating when they crossed the Suez Canal and taken back the SinaiPeninsula from Israel. -
