Odysseus and his men travel to an island that is the home to the witch-goddess Circe. During their stay Odysseus and his men are treated to great hospitality but soon figure out Circe's true intentions are as she turns Odysseus' crew mates to pigs. -

When Odysseus and his men were on his journey home with his men he was tied up by his men on the flag pole with his ears plugged while his men got taken by the sirens that lured them. -

This is an event in where Odysseus' men are tricked into killing Helios' divine cattle that pulls his chariot across the sky. After the men kill the cattle the men begin to die in horrific ways due to Helios' telling Zeus that Odysseus' men has killed his cattle. -

This is important to the journey of Odysseus because when this event happens he loses his men due to his men killing and eating the cattle of Helios. This is significant to Odysseus personally because he treasured his men and would sacrifice his life for them. -

This is an event in which Odysseus comes home to his wife and son to find out that his house is filled with men who want to take his fortune and his wife Penelope. He shows up in rags looking like a beggar to hide his true identity. -

This event is where Odysseus and his men had to navigate between two monsters. Scylla a six headed monster that eats men for each head. The other monster Charybdis is a giant whirlpool that swallows the ships whole. Then Circe tells Odysseus that he should steer closer to the Scylla to lose less men the the whole crew -
