    Executed by Incheon International Airport Corporation, Incheon International Airport is a unique structure that handles the largest air traffic in South Korea. The operator first started constructing it in Nov. 1992, and ended it on 21 Mar. 2001. As a result, the airport became one of the finest airports in the world handling major-scale air traffic from all around the world.

    Executed by Seoul Facilities Management Corporation, the Seoul World Cup Stadium is a unique structure that cannot be found elsewhere. The construction started on 10th Oct. 1998, and ended on 10th Nov. 2001. A venue that can handle football events certified by FIFA is the defined deliverable of this project.

  • South Christchurch Library and Service Centre

    South Christchurch Library and Service Centre
    Executed by Christchurch city council. This is unique as this was built to meet the Council's polices on environmental sustainability and energy use. The project was temporary as the library designed in 2002 and opened in August 2003. The outcome of the project was the environmentally preferable materials and technologies in the building along with minimizing energy uses.

    The project was executed by architects, civil, electrical, geological and mechanical engineers. The project is unique as it is not a routine operation and the design of the bridge is unique. There is a start date and end date of the project (25.07.2008 – 11.09.2012). The final outcome is the decreasing of travel time from Vladivostok city centre to Churkin Cape from 1.5-2 hours to 5-10 minutes.

The project is unique as CAP is the world's first purpose built downhill bike park to operate 365 days, the project was temporary as the construction period for the project was 8 month. The outcome of CAP is integrated leisure park along with MTB, zipline and Cafe.
