Battle of Bunker Hill
British fought against the Americans atop a hill. At first, the British were forced to retreat but soon after came back and injured many americans as well as killed. The Americans then were forced to retreat. -
The Battle of Saratoga
They secured the critical French alliance and provided monetary and military support. -
Battle of Yorktown
The French navy set up a blockade and kept the British ships from rescuing soldiers. -
Treaty of Paris
The signing of it brought the Revolutionary war to an end.
