I was born at Swedish American Hospital in Rockford, Illinois. I arrived a week later than expected on the 27th of November. I weighed 7 pounds and 13 oz. -
Ebony Comes home
I brought my Black Lab/ Rotwielder mix puppy Ebony home when she was 3 months old. She is 14 years old today and is still getting along just fine. -
High School Graduation
I finally graduated from Oregon High School in Oregon, IL. Just in time to pack my bags for the military. -
Off To Boot Camp
I left for Army basic training in Ft. Jackson, South Carolina in mid June. I was excited to be doing something new and nervous about what the Drill Sergeant would do to me. -
Cardinals Win The World Series
On October 26 the St. Louis Cardinals won their 10th World Series Championship. They have won the second most World Series Championships in MLB history. -
Super Bowl Chanps
My favorite NFL team the Indianapolis Colts won the Super Bowl against the Chicago Bears. Right after the Cardinals won the World Series, it was a great year for my sports teams. -
Hi Ho, Hi Ho, It's Off To Iraq I Go
My Army unit was deployed to Iraq on the 17th of September 2007. It was a day I will never forget because I was proud, nervous, and excited. -
LSU National Champs
The "Bayou Bengals" beat the Ohio State Buckeyes by two scores to claim the national title. That was one of the most exciting football games I've ever watched, unbelieveable. -
Home Sweet Home
Our unit was redeployed back to the United States of America after a long time away from home. It was the most relieving feeling I have ever had in my life. -
My Buddy Bruce
One of my brothers friends had a late litter of boxer pups and couldn't get rid of all of them. Bruce was 6 months old and I told them I would give him a home. He is quite the character.
